School Librarians Group (SLG)

Part of CILIP (see above) and, therefore, dedicated to campaigning on behalf of school libraries in the UK. If you are a member of CILIP, then you can join SLG as one of your two groups. The organisation for school librarians and teacher librarians in the UK. The site has membership details, information about courses and useful links. SLA is excellent value for money, offering INSET, advice, advocacy and a very useful magazine. I have created a set of pages to celebrate the SLA's School Librarian of the Year Award.
